This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reports@wikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergency@wikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.


Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.


Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.


Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Likely sockpuppet of User:Jesús Gibb7: User:Tijuan FC

Tijuan FC (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log)  appears to be a sockpuppet of Jesús Gibb7 (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log) . Although Tijuan FC has existed since 2023, it only became active last week, a few days after a mass deletion of files from Jesús Gibb7. The main account is a mostly vandalism account that has been uploading manipulated images with "Jesus Gibb" inserted into copyrighted photographs, as well as media related to Tijuan FC. The puppet account has more recently uploaded File:Balón de Oro 2022 Jesús Gibb.jpg, a photograph of Eden Hazard with the head replaced with "Jesus Gibb". MAL MALDIVE

I have replied to File:Portrait of King Charles III, 2024.jpg's nomination for deletion; see here [1], i uploaded it without noticing the notice on the source, and i have apologized, also i have replied to be deleted. Others, that had been nominated for deletion is uploaded by me before the block [block before unblock]. I belive i haven't uploaded anything copyright violated since then. Then, the file File:Anura Kumara Dissanayake 2023 (cropped).jpg is not an original upload by me, it was uploaded by User:Bunty456, i just cropped the image using croptool; also, i cropped it before the main file was nominated, so of course i did not know it was an vio. Next, the files i uploaded using {{PD-Maldives}} is not an copyright violation per https://old.majlis.gov.mv/di/download/2010-thinvana-dhauruge-bill/copy%20rite.pdf because, any picture/file taken before 2010 in the Maldives is in the PD per parliament.
