As a rough guideline, administrators usually require editors to have made more than 500 useful non-botlike edits, and to have been active in the last thirty days. Patrollers and License reviewers don't have to request this flag. Find possible candidates.
Hi there, I've recently been making some minor improvements to the 1901 Tudor Crown design. I've uploaded the files and I'd like to have permission to add it to other files which use the Tudor Crown design please, in particular at Category:Military rank insignia of the British and Commonwealth Armies (1920-1953). I'm kind of an airhead and sometimes misname my own images. Mostly I just don't want to put the burden of my own mistakes onto other editors or deal with that unpredictable latency, but I may also use this to fix obvious errors within the taxonomy of decapod crustaceans if I randomly come across any.
